GATOR roof cutter has a single blade with cutting depths adjustable to 3-3/4 inch by hand crank positioned between handlebars. Has an 11 hp or 13 hp Honda engines. Cutting shaft is powered by a 3-in-1 long life V belt, right hand cut, easy belt and blade change covers, panel mount throttle cable, and a center mount hoisting ring. We make our motor base from 3/16 steel and use 10 gage for our fully welded blade cover. This roof cutter is built by mechanics that have been working on roofing equipment for 25 years.

Tear-Off Machine
The GATOR Eraser Tear-off Machine removes old flat roofs faster and cleaner than other methods. This Tear-off roof peeler is equipped with an 18 inch Dual-Action Cutting Blade (DACB) for better cutting with a slicing action. Unlike other tear-off equipment with a ramming action the Gator DACB Eraser slices as it cuts through even the toughest flat roofs quicker, leaving you with less to clean up. The Eraser has less vibration and pounding that is common with ramming-action equipment and will give a far better superior service. The Eraser positive self-aligning tool steel cutting blade stays in contact with roof decks.

GATOR heavy-duty roof sweeper has a convenient 3 position control for brush angles with one handle. The poly-wire brush will sweep straight to right or left. GATOR’S floating power brush design assures positive bristle contact with all surfaces for more efficient cleaning and longer brush life. With a 9hp. Honda gear engine has better power when compared to others to sweep down any roof deck. Brush is a one-piece drum with slotted mounts for ease in changing. Smooth hydrostatic drive axle. Handle mounted one hand control leaver to keep a steady sweeping action full control at all times. Chain final drive with steel sealed idler roller bearing completely covered. This labor saving spudding machine will cut a 14″ path as close as 1” from gravel guards, walls, and sky lights. Scratch off 10 or more squares per hour depending upon type of roof and skill of operator. Rotary action reduces operator fatigue and won’t shake roof decks to ensure a smoother, more stable and more efficient cutting action.

The Husky Hauler can carry up to 2,000 lbs. of material with ease. It features 18-8.50 tires that distributes a load evenly on the 30″ bed. Optional length options are 60″, 72″ and 96″. This trailer can be towed by our Deck Pony for the maximum material moving on roof decks.
